    I am having problems with Zone Alarm. It appears that it is block the IP-address: 199.133.90.3
    Is the the correct IP-address for: http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/ ????

      When you use a command line window to ping einstein.phys.uwm.edu you can find the correct IP address for Einstein. It's 129.89.61.70

      A Whois query on 199.133.90.3 shows it's from the USDA Office of Operations.
