I was looking through my results and found a result that should have been cleared from the database a couple of days ago. Bruce, did you chance your mind and prolonged the time they are left in the DB instead of shortening the time, or does it have something to do with that the einstein_validator is down?

Then you're really interested in a subject, there is no way to avoid it. You have to read the Manual.

WU’s not cleared from the database 7 days after the last host
)
I've got to say that I am really impressed by the sharp eyes and attention to detail of you and some of the other E@H participants. These kinds of comments turn up a lot of bugs and problems.
In this case, everything is OK. The WU has a 'mod time' of Feb 21, because on Feb 21 I made a modification of the entire WU database, to shorten the command-line arguments of all the existing WU. This was because the 4.19 client was having trouble with the long command lines in some cases.
This mod time is used to determine when to purge a WU from the database. So starting on Feb 28 there will be a significant amount of WU and result purging. After that things will go back to normal, and you'll see a WU purged a week after the last result was validated.
Cheers,
Bruce
