Wrong URL Error Statement

    I keep getting a message saying that I am using the wrong URL.  It asks me to remove the project and then add the same URL that I am using.  It doesn't appear to like the fact that I am using https instead of http.  It appears to work, even with the error message.

      The error is coming from the all_projects_list.xml BOINC file.  This is what BOINC uses to parse against for project URL enumeration.

      There are no https:// addresses in the list, only http. Other than the nuisance, it is harmless.
