Apparently I can't get any new Einstein WUs on my desktop atm. The message tab gives the following error:
15/09/2006 19:00:05|Einstein@Home|Message from server: No work sent
15/09/2006 19:00:05|Einstein@Home|Message from server: (there was work but you don't have enough disk space allocated)
15/09/2006 19:00:05|Einstein@Home|Message from server: BOINC will delete file grid_1120_h_T10_S5R1.dat when no longer needed
15/09/2006 19:00:05|Einstein@Home|Got server request to delete file grid_1120_h_T10_S5R1.dat
15/09/2006 19:00:05|Einstein@Home|No work from project
Those are my preferences:
Use no more than 100 GB disk space
Leave at least 0.1 GB disk space free
Use no more than 50% of total disk space
The weird thing is that Einstein is using only 23 MB of disk space atm and 136 of my 150 GB on the internal HDD are free. I never got a similar error before and I admit I'm a bit confused. HashClash, which I'm running as a backup project, is not showing similar problems. Any ideas?

Weird disk space error
)
The server scheduler thinks you only have 40 MB free:
2006-09-15 17:00:15.4377 [PID=18321] [normal ] [HOST#728493] got request for 1.955957 seconds of work; available disk 0.047297 GB
Keep in mind that BOINC only counts disk space of the drive where BOINC is installed.

Thanks a lot for figuring

Thanks a lot for figuring that out. But I still have no idea why BOINC would think that, as I only have that single partition. Could BOINC be reacting weird to a RAID system? Well, I will try restarting BOINC, it might help...
EDIT: It didn't...
2nd EDIT: By the way this is what I get under "your computers":
Total disk space 149.04 GB
Free Disk Space 136.68 GB
These values seem to be 100% correct, as they are the same my Windows explorer and ASUS probe say (and which seem perfectly realistic considering which apps and data I have on the HDD atm).
Very old topic; maybe these

They did indeed help. Thanks

They did indeed help. Thanks a lot :-D I tried simply changing my "use at most" value to 90% as it was recommended in one of the threads and hit "update preferences" and it worked fine. Please don't ask me why, but it helped. I hope the problem won't reappear when 90% of the 40 MB BOINC seems to think I have are used up...
