Web Software update

Hi all!

Just in case someone hasn't noticed :-), a recent update of the server side software introduced a few new features. I guess one of the most interesting one for the forums to me is the Private Message feature. Now you can finally exchange text messages privately with other forum members without having to exchange e-mail addresses first.

Needless to say, the feature should be used with responsibility. I'm also involved in another forum as admin, and I see on a daily basis many attempts of spammers to register accounts so they can distribute spam either by automated postings on forums or thru private messages.

Please report any SPAM or otherwise inappropriate content delivered thru private messages to the moderators so that we can stop it.

If there are technical problems related to the web software, please report them to this thread.
