You have an FGRP4 task that is past its deadline but could still get credit if it could be returned very quickly.
FGRP4 tasks never show 100% during normal crunching. They show something like 86.xx% and finally jump to completion. If you're actually watching when this happens, you just see the word "Uploading ...".
Are you actually seeing 100%? If so, it's likely that you are just seeing BOINC's 'fake' progress which increments continuously until the first checkpoint is written. If no checkpoints are ever written, the progress simply increments for ever, very slowly getting to 100%. If you see this continuous incrementing going on for hours, it's a sure sign the task is not really making any progress at all. Once the first checkpoint is written you should see stepwise progress with a significant time interval (perhaps 30 - 60 mins for your host) between each step.
Have you tried stopping and restarting BOINC? If you were seeing 'fake' progress, doing this would cause the task to restart from 0.00%. If that's the case with the current task, just abort the task and get a new one.
How often do you reboot your computer? Is it a laptop? Do you stop crunching if the machine is set to hibernate when not in use by you?
If a task seems to be behaving abnormally, the first thing to try is to stop and restart BOINC. If that doesn't change anything, reboot the computer and then restart BOINC.
All my other tasks are working normally. It's just the Einstein@home GammaRay Pulsar task that is sitting at 100% doing nothing (except now running at 'High Priority'). I'll try restarting BOINC, as you suggested
You've now been credited for the result even though it was past the deadline. Fortunately the third task had not been completed so your task wasn't excluded.

Restarting BOINC did the trick; the task's status changed to 'Ready to Report' and has now been uploaded :) Thanks for your help!
