Slightly late to the party here. I am an occasional user of BoincStats and have managed to maintain my ID through various system reformats by keeping my BOINC config files. I would like to maintain my account and after signing up here, I realized I have the same issue as others where of course I have no credit show here. I located my computer ID (12107827) and this is indeed my account. I don't recall specifically creating an EaH or other project account in the past, when I try to sign in with the authenticator ID I get the error "An unresolved error occurred while logging into this account."

Solved: for anyone who sees this and hasn't logged into the website ages after starting the project. With some hints and searching by Shawn I was able to recover the account using the old email address. Looks like it allowed me to delete the unassociated account as well.

Hi, I have loaded V7.14.2 (x64) onto a new box and used my login credentials already running on other boxes to get the initial and new work downloads. It does not show the range of projects in the bar on the left. I enter https://einsteinathome.org manually in the line, as suggested at the website it can be done. It has been a week, now, that the link seems to exchange credentials (green ball going to and fro) BUT then I get a message that the project is unavailable at the moment..... Suggestions, please?
How's the Internet

How's the Internet connectivity for the new machine?
Do you run any kind of firewall that could be blocking Boinc?
