Albert@Home does not recognize my email address although I have a credit of over 2Million. I know my authenticator but how do I use it to log in as I can't find an option for it.

Unable to log in to Albert@Home with authenticator

Since the web interface is now being managed by Drupal there is no way anymore to log into the web interface with the authenticator (the Drupal DB doesn't know about it). This change has been announced years ago (IIRC).

I forwarded your request to Oliver, he might be able to tell you a workaround or set a temporary password for you.

We don't support

We don't support authenticator-based login on albert. Let's discuss the details about your specific account via PM...

Hang in there,
Oliver

After a Month of trying I can

After a Month of trying I can not log in to Albert. It seems that if you can not use your known email address because it was cancelled due to spam, you can not use the Authenticator any more as it is not supported by Drupal. Added to that BOINC BAM updated all sites with the new email address months ago and again Drupal is having an issue with that and does not seem to recognize BAM. Why do we use Drupal if it is not compatible with BOINC.

So, how do we Log In?. Have we lost all our credit? Do we have to sign in as New User?

I replied via PM but the problem still persists as I can not use an email address that does not exist any more so if I forgot the password than I will never get a new one for it will send it to an email address that does not exist.
