A top 50 computers list for cpu tasks

    The purpose of this list would be to show off who our "Cpu" heavyweights are.

    Before this is actually implemented we need a report that shows that we will have a diverse list of CPU task systems/multiple owners.

    If a team/user like "ATLAS AEI HANNOVER", which has 2,000+ CPU systems listed and apparently active, fills up the entire top 50 then forget it.

    I am tinkering with a box that should generate a higher CPU-only RAC than the ATLAS AEI does (I am seeing something like RAC's of 30,000 or less per system for Atlas). 

    If there are other systems that are running E@H CPU tasks out there and are generating 30,000 or more RAC scores on those tasks then we should have a nice diverse and competitive listing.

    Another possible list might be "top GW gpu" list.
