Since I first did mine through Neil Munday's site, I'll use that as the basis for this post. It has the advantage (in my opinion) that it's not tied to your Cross Project ID.

Go to Neil's All in One Site. Upper left hand corner has a link to register. Click it.

Enter your email address. Click the radio button next to Einstein@Home to select it. Enter your account ID (255626 in Jan's case) in the box next to "Enter Account ID:". Your account ID can be found in your account information on the project's web site, or under your user name on your forum posts. Your ID will be different for each BOINC project you participate in (unless you happen to get the same one by some sort of coincidence).

Click the register account button.

Next screen should bring up your Einstein@Home account information. Make sure it's really you. Click the radio button next to your name. And then click the Complete Registration button.

An email will be sent to the email address you registered with. If you don't get it, check your spam/junk box (I just tried with Yahoo! and it went to spam).

In the email will be a link to follow (the same as the one above) and a password to log in.

Log in form is about half way down the page.

Once you log into your account, you can add your other projects into your stats box by clicking the "your projects" link. Neil's got things set up so that you can search on your user name. Mine is quite unique, so I never bother to look up my account IDs on the projects.

Once you've finished adding all your projects, click the "Your graphics" link. There you can play with the different options. As you change things, click the "Preview" button and you'll see the changes in a new window. Once you're happy with the colors, click the "Update colors" button.

Copy the link location Neil provides under the preview. For the account I just created, I only added a couple of my projects.

In my case, the link is http://boinc.mundayweb.com/one/stats.php?userID=8963&trans=off (because I want the background color to show).

To get the image into your signature line, you need to go to your account page and click on forum preferences. In the signature box near the bottom of that page, you'll need to paste the bbcode to display the image.

[img ]http://boinc.mundayweb.com/one/stats.php?userID=8963&trans=off[/img ] (without the spaces in the tags). Then click the update button. You'll see a preview at the bottom of the page.

That bbcode will produce

[edit]fixed a couple details and some really crappy grammar/spelling[/edit]
