If we observe Sagittarius A become more active and swallow one of the supermassive stars orbiting her, does this mean that the swallowing of that star and the Hawking radiation emmited took place 30,000 years ago?

Yes given...But if we are approximately 30,000 light years from Galactic center and Sagiittarius A is that distance, then by observing her with a telescope are all events recorded with the telescope 30,000 years old?
