Prevent new GPU tasks?

    Hi yall,

     

    is there a setting or way to prevent getting new tasks that require GPU use?

      Yes there is. Go to your Project preferences here on web-site (select correct venue Default/Work/School/Home that matches your computer) and select NO on following settings:

      Use NVIDIA GPU: YES | NO

      Request NVIDIA GPU tasks from this project.

      Use AMD GPU: YES | NO

      Request AMD GPU tasks from this project.

      Use INTEL GPU: YES | NO

      Request Intel GPU tasks from this project.

        Hope I understood your question correctly!

        Try:

              "ACCOUNT"

                   "Preferences"

                      "Project"

                         At bottom click on "(SHOW COMPARISON VIEW)"

                              select which venue you prefer by clicking on "EDIT"

                                  scroll down to "APPLICATIONS"

                                        select which one you want ...

                                           don't forget way down to click on "SAVE CHANGES"

         

        -->  Make sure you are using the correct "venue".

        To check venue, click on "ACCOUNT"

            "Dashboard"

                under "COMPUTERS" click on "MORE"

                    then select which "COMPUTER ID" you need/want

                       then click on "Details"

                           down at the bottom look at "Location" and see which venue is shown and then

                           change to the desired one.
