Please help with lost credit

I've reinstalled OS on my computer. All things was the same only IP was different and BOINC client was the newest. I´ve merged my computers by name. It was OK but credit for this computer was zero( I have had 3 millions before). No another same computers are in my list. Is the old credit lost? Have you had anybody the same problem? Thanks for answers

In other words, what was lost was just the statistical/historical data of that computer, but the credits earned by it were already added to your account and they wont be discounted due to the lost of the statistics.
