Hello - I'm hoping someone on this board can help me, as I'm not sure where else to go to.
In responding to the GDPR posting, I tried logging into my account. I've lost my login and password. I used the authenticator-based login because my account is tied to a defunct e-mail. Using the authenticator-based login, I tried changing my e-mail and password, but in order to do so, I have to supply my old password. I would normally ask for a new password, but the new password will go to my defunct e-mail which I can no longer access. Does anyone have an idea of how I can reset my credentials? Should I just delete my account and set up a new one?
Thanks for the help.
Jason

Hello there,
I stumbled upon the same problem.
After a long time I wanted to login to my account, but I don't have access to my current password anymore.
Using either one-time login or authenticator-based login, it's always necessary to give your old password when trying to change the mail address or trying to set a new password.
Could an admin please help me out, too?
Thank you!

I was having problems so I removed the BOINC software and then re-installed it. The website shows me as logged in but I can't get a project loaded. I was working on Einstein@Home. Need a little help.
Thanks

I had the same problem, but no matter what browser I used (Maxthon/Edge/Chrome) the page accepting the email address would not display the fields allowing me to enter data.
The Authenticator page also had the same problem.
I am not sure whether Flash has anything to do with it, but GFlash is not longer supported by Microsoft or other Browsers.
