    I noticed on the server status that O2MD1 file deleter is "Not Running."  Just pointing this out in case no one noticed.

      Probably related to the validate error problem that Bernd responded to in this comment.  There are also a couple of different O2MD assimilator and validator versions running so perhaps file deletion has been stopped until whatever 'corrections' are needed get applied.  I guess it might take a while to do that.
