One of my hosts is not getting the GWnew tasks (CPU):

The checkbox for "Gravitational Wave search O2 Multi-Directional" is set, and my other host is getting tasks.

That other host is getting GW GPU tasks for Nvidia. This host instead can't get any GW GPU tasks because Boinc says this host has only Intel GPU. There's no GW GPU work for Intel.
Are you sure that you have checked exactly the "Gravitational Wave search O2 Multi-Directional" and not "Gravitational Wave search O2 Multi-Directional GPU" ? Do those hosts have same 'Location' and that way also same 'Preference set' ?

I removed the host from the project, deleted the local data, added it again. Still the same. "No work is available for Gravitational Wave search O2 Multi-Directional."

One of your hosts has an "external" nvidia GPU card inserted on a PCIe slot -- the other host doesn't have one, just an "internal" intel GPU built into the physical core (CPU).
If you have an external GPU on this host, which is not receiving GPU WUs, then this PC (host) isn't recognizing the "external" GPU card that you may have inserted into a PCIe slot or tried to.

Right now i don't get any tasks, because the scheduler reports that no tasks were available.

I take it you have allowed CPU use in the preferences?

I only don't get GW tasks. I get gamma-ray-pulsar WUs if i check "allow non-preferred apps".
"Use CPU" is enabled, as well as "Run test application".
