Manager will not connect to localhost

    I had to install a new harddrive and installed a router. The manager will not connect to the localhost. Iam on broadband and all other programs have no problems connecting to the internet. Is this a router problem, and if so, how do I correct this. This is my first time using a router and everything else works execpt the manager. tia
