11-03-2006 18:49:26|SETI@home|Note: not requesting new work or reporting results
I get this message from almost every project i'm involved in. Climateprediction is now the only workunit running. I just thought some server were down and i therefore didn't receive any new work, but as i got attached to more project i realised i didn't get any work from those either. How can this be? BOINC has been running more or less flawless since i got the program download a couple of months ago.

Maybe your Climateprediction WU is in danger of missing it's deadline. Read this and this.

The scheduler log reveals a 14% E@H resource share.
CPDN most likely has a huge debt.

)
Think you might have misunderstood me. The reason Climateprediction is the only running project is that i downloaded the workunits around a week ago. But my PC hasn't downloaded any work for the last couple of days, even though i attached my PC to more project since i believed Einstein, LHC and SETI's servers were down (or more like LHC was out of work). But it didn't change a think, i still don't get any new work. Do you have a solution to that problem so my comp. will continue downloading as it used to do.
PS. All projects are allowed to pick up more work. Here is the messages after i requested new work:

Wow, CPDN and BBC CCE. Your host is definitely overcommitted. A CPDN WU usually runs weeks/months, BBC CCE is even worse. As far as we can see you are currently running a sulfur model. (It's the longer model.) So be prepared to run CPDN exclusively for the next few weeks.
Download of work from other projects will resume eventually. Usually accompanied by a message "resuming round robin scheduling".

Sporally,
So now you've been in the candy store and gluttonously stuffed yourself full of every flavor in every bin in the place. You're rolling on the floor, belly bursting, and wondering why you're unable to reach up to the top shelf to grab another handful. Is that about right?
Suggest you immediately divest yourself of one or both of the huge projects (cpdn and bbc) and allow the rest to shake themselves out and realize that your one computer is not able to solve all the questions in the world by itself.
Respects,
Michael

Ah ok, i see what you mean now. When you allow 3 projects to download they usally all download. Then they just run with a 33%, changing between the projects. So i thought it was the same although i was running ClimatePrediction. But thx for the help afterall...

Where do you find that white box you have in your signature? Never found a site where i can see my ranking of each project.

RE: Where do you find that

There are several third-party or team sites offering this service. Michael's sig is from BOINCstats; you can get a URL for yours by visiting your cross-platform stats page there (there's a link to it on your SETI@home account page, along with three other sources of cross-platform stats). Mine below are from Neil Munday's site; I had to sign up there, but it was worth the effort to me because I wanted to customize the graphics, which I don't think is possible with the ones from BOINCstats or Team BOINC Synergy. Munday's URL is in the graphics.

But then i guess the ranking system in your signature is only for those that has signed up? I mean, if you are in top 80% it only tells you that you are in top 80% of those that have signed up on the site, right?
BTW: Didn't find the page through SETI@Home that shows these stats. What button should i click and what buttons after that leads me to the site? I clicked a link called www.boincstats.com but it didn't work atm.

No. All users are taken into account.
