hsgamma produces firewall alert accessing WINS server?

hsgamma_FGRP1_0.23_windows_intelx86.exe is causing a firewall notification that it is accessng the internet (WINS server on UDP port 137). Norton does not detect malware.

It also indicates the exe is not digitally signed and has no manufacturer. Is it corrupted?
