    Thanks for all the help and positive thoughtful responses. Resolved the problem had a defective graphic card. Vender replaced the card and the problem went away.

        I'm sure glad you "all" got this thing fixed. I was sure the next step would be one of you saying, "Maybe we should check with Fadedrose...these stupid things happen to her all the time and she has experience with stupidity."

        Happy that it's fixed, Chuck. I couldn't stand any more useless suggestions this close to bedtime with a storm on its way and I don't know if I should turn off my pc or let 'er go and fend for herself...
