I have received the following message:

9.1.2006 7:52:28|Einstein@Home|Message from server: Not enough disk space (only 24.5 MB free for BOINC). Review preferences for minimum disk free space allowed.
However, this is nonsense, there is formally 10 GB
assigned and in fact about 400 MB free.
What should I doo?

Under "Preferences", raise the amount of space you allow BOINC to use. Usually the problem is in the "use no more than x%" part - that does NOT refer to total disk size, only free space.

It is already solved. I was fool and have overlooked that there had been separate preferences for 'work' (especially 'let at least 1GB free'). The system used those ones instead of default ones, naturally.
