Hey I'm getting myself a new machine (homeserver with heavy virtualization). Is there a Docker image out there for BOINC/E@H? That would ease up things quite a bit and keep management at a minimum.

There used to be a LONG time ago but now alot of people just load up a small version of Linux in a Virtual Box and let it run.

Really sad. I know Folding@Home has all kinds of containers available.
But hey, I'm probably running some very basic Arch VM anyway, might as well clone it and rack up on CPU cores+RAM for that. Luckily we got a remote management tool for BOINC. Htop and boinccmd are great, but gets tedious once you got 5+ machines to maintain.
Really not a great deal for people knowing their stuff, but for potential beginners this is a a missed opportunity to attract new participants with a plug&play solution. Docker or containerization in general gets more accessible every day.
why not just make one

why not just make one yourself with docker compose?
