So, do you actually have Boinc running? Is there a Boinc icon down in your system tray?
Also, as a small comment, if you plan to let your machine run 24/7, why not let Boinc use your machine whenever it is idle, rather than just midnight to 8.00am. Surely your machine isn't 100% occupied for the other 16 hours?
Looking to your host, apparently no WU's have been downloaded yet.
Can you have a look into the tab "Messages" of Boinc and post some relevant messages from it? (assuming you are running Boinc Manager or the Boinc GUI)
