Seems after the last W/U finished and "Sulpher" kept running for 2 hours longer than normal.Updated Einstein,
Finisehed W/U uploaded ,but,no W/U were Downloaded
to my P.C.?
Have tried numerous "actions" to get new work.
Am not receiving any error signals either. No Biggy,
I am sure Boinc will work it out, just an irregularity
I noticed with a new M.B and More RAM and new O.S 2 days
ago.{Reloaded} LINUXOS 9,1.
Any one else ever see this happen?
Sincerely

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago - after reallocating my project time percentages. (BTW: I am running Windows XP with Boinc 4.45.) As you predicted, BOINC seemed to "work it out". While it was happening, I was able to get new WU's by temporarily suspending other projects. I did browse the message boards for similar complaints and saw a couple which seemed relevant. The explanations (which I didn't understand) seemed to indicate that "debt" had something to do with it.

You are running version 4.43,

You are running version 4.43, which has the newer CPU scheduler. One of the problems with the newer scheduler is that it actually works in that it respects the allocation of resource shares on your compters.

To do that, it tracks "debt" over both the long term and the short term. Because of that, it is entierly possible that it will not obtain work from one or more projects for a period of time.

In general the "best" option is to let it get its feet under itself. Fiddling with it and trying to "correct" its behavior only delays stability. As a rule of thumb it can take one to two weeks to stabalize. In some cases only a day or two.

Once it gets into its "groove" it will usually keep work on hand from all projects based on the preferences and all will be well with the world.

Not sure if I understand this statement correctly. You have no work from any project? Or only no work from Einstein@Home?
