BOINC 4.25 CANNOT CONNECT WITH THE BOINC SERVER

Due the detachments experienced with BOINC 4.19 (see previous thread)I tried again to re-install BOINC 4.25 on my PC, but the programme, although it may be open, it falls then in a "loop", it does not react anymore to the commands and cannot connet at all with einstein@home server.It must be then switched off, whereas naturally the XP automathism on "killed processes" appears on the screen demanding to report to Microsoft.

I hope to be helpful by trying to give evidence hereby of the entire problematic of connection of my computer to the software specialists of Einstein@Home, by providing them the analysis of the processes on my system under Windows, as performed by the executive files of Windows boincmgr.exe and boinc.exe.

Before of that consider the following:
-I use WINXP actually for opening the BOINC 4.25 software. XP is installed on a second Hard Drive with letter "D" (I found regretful very time-depleting and difficult for me to program an use of BOINC 4.25 under a Linux-Debian configuration on my first main Hard Disk...may be somebody might help me in doing it too);
-I am dedicating to BOINC 4.25 and its functions a separate partition of 8 GByte on an external drive;
- I have an ATI Radeon Graphic Card 9600SE on PC.
