Well the above error didn't repeat. But the system locked up on a message I have seen before. Today maybe the day I backup the BOINC folder and reinstall with "security only" updates.

Its almost like its having trouble writing to the M2 ssd?
Well at least I am not getting a gpu failed message which also was causing lockups.

But the system locked up on a message I have seen before. Today maybe the day I backup the BOINC folder and reinstall with "security only" updates.
I also installed the Ubuntu 20 OS without the internet plugged in. Then after rebooting and plugging in the Internet I installed the "security only" updates.
All BOINC stuff safely copied to backup and to reload. All files that need to be set to executable have been. Seems to be running "Ok".
Now to see if I have a more stable system.

Learned something new. Except I never use an automatic login. So sounds like it could not apply.
The log does mention some kind of update failure.
Apparently I have to export the log before I can copy/paste to search for the error. Let me post that error here too.

But the accountsservice error not activating is new to me.

I see the bluez error all the time in the logs. Bluetooth service which I don't use because . . . no bluetooth.
Benign error as far as I can tell.

Nope. It was throwing "writing errors" left and right to the M2. SSD
I have moved that M2 to the "other" M2 slot. It hung during booting so I am reinstalling the OS.
This time I am not presuming something in the OS updates screwed things up.
I have another unused M2 SSD is this one really has died.

It is back to the "original" authentication error :(
Plus when I rebooted it started complaining about "internal errors".
Some kind of "Cpu soft lockup".
Switching to the same model/brand new m2 ssd to see if all the errors go away.
