I just set up an account, when I received my key account, and enter it I get the msg. "Unable to handle request"
Would this be due to a problem at the other end or am I getting corrupt data in my e-mail. I have not had this problem with other projects.

Where do you get this message? When you try to attach to EAH in BOINC, or here on the website?
If here on the website, you can post on the forums, so I think that's fixed. To make sure, exit all your browser windows, then start a new one and go to your account. If you have to log in again, do so and check the box so the data is stored in a cookie.
If you get the message in BOINC, then make sure you attach to http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu and that you use the 32 character authenticator key without any leading or trailing spaces. It's best to copy it from the email and paste it in the box. Then hit OK.
If that still doesn't work, go to the Messages tab in the Boinc Manager. Please copy the last 20 orso messages and paste them here in an answer window.
