I'm an independent technology consultant from the west coast of Canada and I challenge my fellow Canadians (especially in British Columbia) to participate in this project and, hopefully, make an improvement to life in our tiny, little corner of the Milky Way galaxy.
I run Einstein@Home because I first became interested in the potential of distributed computing projects with my participation in the SETI@Home project, which I joined 5 years (almost to the day) before I joined the Einstein@Home project.
I am pleased to be part of a project which was named after one of the most brilliant minds humankind has ever produced. Perhaps the thousands of computers working together on this project will help answer some of the questions that Einstein grappled with but was unable to complete, and even help other scientists move further ahead in the fields of physics and, especially, cosmology.
